Pre-Orders, Production & Processing Timeline
Ladéra Noir is a made-to-order and small-batch brand. To reduce waste and support in-house production, garments are created after orders are placed.

Production Period: February 1 – March 6

Shipping Begins: Shortly after production completion
Orders placed during the pre-order window will be produced and shipped within this schedule.
Orders placed after the pre-order window will be treated as made-to-order, and production timelines may vary depending on fabric availability. Estimated timelines will be shared by email when applicable.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selection. Free shipping thresholds apply to the product subtotal before taxes.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your order has shipped.
Ladéra Noir is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, weather disruptions, or international transit disruptions.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or brokerage fees charged by their local authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient. Ladéra Noir does not cover or reimburse these fees.
Order Accuracy, Tracking & Lost Packages
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number (where available) once your order has shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Ladéra Noir is not responsible for packages that are delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first and notify us so we can assist where possible. Ladéra Noir is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
