At Ladéra Noir, each garment is handcrafted in small batches and produced with care. Because our pieces are made-to-order and explicitly created for each purchase, all sales are considered final. This policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund or replacement may be granted.

Final Sale — No Returns or Exchanges
All purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This applies to pre-orders, made-to-measure garments, sample pieces, and ready-to-ship items.
We encourage customers to review product details and sizing information carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before ordering, please get in touch with us—we’re happy to assist.
Damaged or Defective Items
While our garments are inspected before shipment, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at laderanoir@gmail.com.

Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for review.
If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.
Damage caused by wear, improper handling, or customer use is not considered a defect and is not eligible for refund.
Order Errors, Address Issues & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for refunds related to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, unclaimed or refused deliveries, packages marked delivered by the carrier, loss or theft after delivery

Customs, Duties & Currency
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or postal fees charged by their local authority. These charges are non-refundable.
All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars). Currency conversion differences or bank fees are not eligible for refund.
Order Cancellations
Because our production process begins shortly after an order is placed, we are generally unable to cancel orders. In rare cases where production has not yet started, cancellation requests will be reviewed at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
